Check-in/out

Check-in is 3 pm.  Check-out is 11:00 am.  Please contact the office at 954-776-1515 or bill@Lamerlbts.com for any changes or requests.

Reservations and Deposits

The deposit is 50% of the total amount of the stay before tax.  Bookings within 7 days of the stay are charged a 100% deposit.

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel your reservation within 90 days of arrival and get a full refund.

You can cancel your reservation within 89-60 days of arrival and get a 75% refund.

You can cancel your reservation within 59-30 days of arrival and get a 50% refund.

You can cancel your reservation with 29-14 days of arrival and get a 25% refund.

Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Extra fees

A Pet Fee of $100 is required for all pets staying at the hotel.  Pets are limited to 25 pounds, and larger pets are not allowed.

Military discounts are available at 20% for active duty service members. Valid ID required upon arrival.
